PatricaFLORENCE'Pat' Pat passed away peacefully after a long rare illness bravely fought at St Giles Hospice on 28th September 2018 aged 75 years. Devoted wife and soulmate to Bryan, treasured and loving mum to Alison, much loved and adored grandma to Gemma, Lee, Jody and Leah, special great grandma to Henley, Halley, Harvey, Destiny and Marcus. Pat will be sadly missed by all her loving family and her special friends. Pat's funeral service will be held in the Anglesey Chapel at Bretby Crematorium on Tuesday 16th October at 10.45am. Family flowers only please, donations in memory may be placed in the collection box after the service and will be forwarded to St Giles Hospice.
